Today, in most societies under the control of the capitalist system, goals, systems and strategies are focused on achieving maximum economic growth; In addition to the adverse economic consequences, this targeting has caused irreparable serious damage to the individual and social spiritual body of human beings. Marginalization and neglect of the spiritual dimension of man along with trying to deviate, personalize and use spirituality as a tool for economic purposes are examples that occur in overt and covert under the effort to achieve greater economic growth. Contrary to what has emerged in conventional economics, following the economic teachings of Islam and making them operational at the social level, not only avoids the dangers to the individual and social spiritual body of human beings, but also uses economic tools to promote human spirituality. In addition to the intertwined material and spiritual dimensions of human nature and, consequently, the correlation of material and spiritual needs, has created a close relationship between improving economic conditions and individual and social spiritual development. In this research, using the "data-based" method, the existing relationships and expressing the quality of the impact of economic progress on Islamic spirituality have been studied. The results show a constructive relationship between the components of economic progress and the promotion of Islamic spirituality if the causal, intervening and contextual conditions are met positively. The sum of positive economic elements presents a comprehensive "bio-faithful" strategy for achieving the most optimal situation for achieving both economic progress and Islamic spirituality, and expresses specific theoretical and practical orders.

Background: "spirituality" is one of the most important dimensions of Islam, and spiritual health is the result of this important dimension in the Islamic perspective. The purpose of the present study is to discover the pillars of spirituality and the principles of the theory of Islamic spirituality. Methods: This research initially analyzed genuine Islamic texts, specifically the Quran and Hadith, regarding spirituality through a narrative approach. Subsequently, it employed ijtihad and rational methodologies to derive the foundational elements of spirituality and the principles underlying the theory of Islamic spirituality from these texts. Rasults: Islamic spirituality is based on four pillars: A) "Tawheed", which is the reality of spirituality and its most important principle. b) "Unseen world" (Malakut), meaning the hidden and superior aspect of being. C) "Seen world" (Mulk), meaning the obvious and inferior aspect of being. D) "Spiritual human being", meaning a human being who seeks to move forward and free himself from the limitations of Mulk in order to communicate with Malakut. The pillars of Islamic spirituality can be expressed in forms of "ontological", "epistemological", "anthropological" and "spiritual" propositions. These pillars consist of a set of fundamental principles and propositions, twenty-four of the most important of which have been proposed and described in this article. Conclusion: The four pillars of the theory of Islamic spirituality are formed from a set of fundamental propositions that generally have the ability to refer and cite Qur'anic verses and Hadiths. The sum of these propositions, while explaining the pillars of Islamic spirituality, distinguishes it from other traditional and emerging schools.

This study aims to define spirituality and explain its truth, and to examine the relationship of this term with other related terms, one of the first reflections on this scientific topic. This article has considered the examination of the elements involved in the truth of spirituality, and the investigation of the relationship between spirituality and mysticism in the context of Islamic thought. The present research, using the method of extraction and ijtihad, has analyzed the components of spirituality in Islamic thought and its relationship with Islamic mysticism. According to the findings of this study, Islamic spirituality means a devout and ambitious effort to be close to God through a bias towards religious values at the levels of thought, tendency, decision, and behavior. In addition, Islamic spirituality has different relationships with different perceptions of Islamic mysticism in the fields of opinion and practice. In the author's opinion, despite the important relationships between Islamic spirituality and Islamic mysticism, there are important differences in the level of evidence between them, and this is the reason why spirituality is considered an example of mysticism. The main reason for this difference is the intuitive nature of mysticism, which is not necessary in the spiritual approach.

In the new age, we are witnessing a prominence increase in the sects in the world called emerging mysticisms, and they do not have the teachings of the original mysticism or the religion of Islam. Sects that for various reasons, including political reasons, are trying to influence the stratum of our society, especially the young and educated generation, and these actions can be a threat to the Islamic Revolution of Iran. The importance of this research is because of resulting the identify and threats of emerging mysticisms against the Islamic Revolution of Iran through the impact of the functions of emerging mysticisms and the relevant authorities to better understand the impact of the threats of these mysticisms on the Islamic Revolution and makes efforts to manage them and witness the growing growth and development of the security of the Islamic Revolution. In this study, the effect of emerging mysticisms functions on these components of the revolution was judged by the elites using a questionnaire, according to the values of t-statistics and the level of significance obtained, which is less than 0.05, as well as the average obtained. (4.07) which is higher than the hypothetical average of the community (3); the impact of emerging mysticisms as a threat to the Islamic Revolution was acknowledged by exemplary members.

The purpose of this study is to explain the nature of spirituality from the perspective of Islam. Therefore, the present study is a developmental research in terms of purpose and a qualitative research in terms of epistemology, which was done using a descriptive-analytical method. The method of data analysis in this research is progressive conceptual analysis. For this purpose, first the concept of spirituality, then the approaches (currents of thought) related to spirituality have been studied analytically to analyze and evaluate these approaches to deduce the concept of spirituality and discover its essence, namely the nature of spirituality, characteristics of spiritual man, and dimensions of spirituality. Religion From the Islamic point of view, we get a relatively comprehensive understanding of spirituality. The results and findings of this study showed that spirituality is a spiritual quality (state) that is due to man's relationship with the world of meaning and obligatory existence (God Almighty) through worship and servitude to God Almighty and based on epistemological principles and rules of Islam as well as Islamic moral values for Achieving the highest level is formed by nearness to God, a sound heart, and a good life. From this point of view, spiritual man has characteristics including feeling of poverty and need for God, belief in the existence and oneness of God, belief in the unseen world, belief in resurrection, belief in purposefulness of creation, belief in human free will, self-knowledge, knowledge of religion and practical commitment. It is to them and knowledge of moral values and practical commitment to them. Also, Islamic spirituality has four dimensions including the epistemological, emotional, voluntary, and the action dimensions.

The aim of this study was to investigate the psychometric properties of the Islamic spirituality Scale in the workplace with 71 items among NAJA employees. The combined method (content analysis and survey method) was used to conduct the research. In the first stage, in order to identify the dimensions and characteristics of Islamic spirituality based on Quranic teachings and narrations of the Imams (AS) in a qualitative and library form, and in the second stage, interviewing and presenting a questionnaire to 42 experts and to test the structural model of The scrolling method was used. To select a small sample in the survey section, stratified sampling method was used. To this end, 12, 000 employees completed the scale. Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability were used to evaluate the reliability of the instrument. The results showed that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the 71-item Islamic spirituality Questionnaire was higher than 0. 70 and also the composite reliability coefficient of all components was higher than 0. 90. To evaluate the convergent validity of the research instrument, the AVE criterion was used, since the square root of all structures is greater than the correlation of structures with other structures in the model. PLS software was used to evaluate the final research model and factor structure of the questionnaire. The results show that the range of factor loadings is between 0. 40 to 0. 70. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that the 4-factor scale of the Islamic spirituality Questionnaire has acceptable validity and reliability.
